What are the shipment policies?
- The shipment time is indicated in the method you have chosen.

- The service transit duration provided by the carrier excludes weekends and holidays.

- If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us.

What are the Return and Refund Policies?
- You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received.

PS: If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered to be used and we unfortunately can’t issue you refund or replacement.

- All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po#.

- We refund the full amount upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, or, you may choose to have a replacement.

How long is the warranty coverage for my product?

- 12 months limited Warranty for defective items.PS: Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period.- 3 month warranty for accessories

May weight be a problem using the hammock?

- No, the floating hammock can hold up to 150kg

How to inflate the hammock?

You can inflate it by a pump or by mouth.

Is the product similar to the picture?

Yes the product in the picture is indeed the real one.
